Your Journalling Ritual
Find a quiet space where you can be uninterrupted.
Light your candle and take a few slow breaths. If you choose to use the sage, gently cleanse your space and allow yourself a moment to settle.
Open your journalling booklet and work through the prompts at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way to journal and no need to complete everything at once.
You may choose one prompt each evening, work through a few pages when you need clarity, or return to the booklet whenever you feel you need a moment to reconnect with yourself.
This ritual is about creating space to pause, listen inwardly and put your thoughts onto paper without judgement.
Perfect for:
• Self-care evenings
• Mindfulness and reflection
• Starting or restarting a journalling practice
• Creating new intentions
• Quiet moments after a busy or overwhelming day
• Birthday, friendship or wellbeing gifts
• A thoughtful “thinking of you” present

**Please note:** Never leave a burning candle or sage unattended. Always use sage over a suitable heat-resistant container and keep burning items away from children, pets and flammable materials.
